My Virtual Book Launch Party was a resounding success—thank you so much to all of you who were able to join me live. We talked a lot about limiting beliefs on the call, and I shared a recent, intrusive voice that has been popping up in my head every time I promote the book.

I started writing the book last year, and there were many times when I felt like giving up—I worried that the book would suck, that no one would buy it, or that I'd get trolled mercilessly in the reviews on Amazon. It's funny how we do that to ourselves whenever we're pursuing something that's important to us, don't you think?
